There are 9 standard models for clients selection.

FBK Series Automatic Sewing & sealing Packaging Machine Feature:

• High efficiency: The heavy bag continuous sealing machine can automatically complete the sealing of the bag without manual operation, which greatly improves the packaging speed and sealing quality and saves labor costs.

• Stability: The equipment adopts advanced sealing technology, the sealing quality is stable and reliable, and it is not easy to have problems such as air leakage and powder leakage, which ensures the quality and safety of packaging. The controllable constant temperature heating mechanism is used to heat and seal the liner bag and the hot melt adhesive tape to make the bag mouth sealed.

• Versatility: The heavy bag continuous sealer can be applied to various types of bags, such as single (multi) layer kraft paper bags with PE plastic inner bags, paper-plastic composite bags or paper-plastic woven composite bags. The bag mouth can automatically realize dust removal (optional), bag mouth trimming, inner bag heat sealing, inner bag pressing, sewing, hot melt adhesive tape, paper cutting tape, heating, paper tape pressing and counting functions at one time.

• Easy operation: The equipment is simple and convenient to operate. Just follow the instructions on the equipment and no special training is required.

• Energy saving and environmental protection: The heavy bag continuous sealer can reduce energy consumption and waste rate in the packaging process, reduce pollution to the environment, and meet the environmental protection requirements of modern society.

• Strong ability to match packaging lines

• The sealing performance and fastness of the packaged bags after packaging are good, which can achieve dustproof, moisture-proof and pollution-proof, so that the packaged goods are properly protected.

• The whole machine is automatically completed by PLC programmable ...

• The transmission mechanism of the machine adopts a special clamping chain, equipped with a frequency converter to achieve synchronization between the input of the packaging bag and the operation of the sewing machine.

• The electromagnetic clutch is used to control the operation and braking of the sewing machine, which can accurately position and avoid damage to the motor.

• The pneumatic mechanism is used to achieve the traction and cutting of the paper tape, and the action is stable and reliable.
