FRP-1120WH Vertical Sealing Machine is suitable for sealing medium and large bags that require air sucking or flushing. It integrates air sucking, flushing, sealing, and ink-jet coding. It adopts touch screen for the simple operation, multiple functions, and perfect sealing effect.
√Compared to other types of air suction band sealer or those use swinging air nozzles, it has higher vacuum degree.
√Compared to traditional vacuum machines, it has higher work efficiency.
One Machine For Three Use Meet different needs: Air Sucking/Gas Flushing/Integrated Suction and Inflation.
High Power and Strong Suction Effect：Reduce air inside the bag, shrink the bag size, and avoid bloating during transportation.
Great Sealing Effect：Quick and precise temperature control, no wrinkling or cracking of sealing effect.
Adjustable Machine Head: 15° tilted angle of conveyor table, it can be applied to materials containing liquid and prevent leakage of materials during the packaging process.
Clear Coding：Accurate coding, efficient and fast drying, free editing and printing ofcontent.
Diverse Coding Content：Printable text, date, symbol, logo image,QR code, barcode and other content.
Precise, Stable and Firm：Timing Belt Clamping Sealing Uniform Pressure,Firm Sealing; Horizontal moving air nozle has high capacity and strong stability; Innovative cylinder drive technology, precisecontrol of air nozzle movement
