Automatic Open-mouth Bagging Machine

The function of the bagging machine is to automatically pick up empty bags, automatically place them onto the feed inlet, and automatically detect whether the bagging is successful. After degassing the packaging bags filled with plastic granules, they are lifted out and conveyed to the sealing machine for sealing. Hualian offers three types of bagging machines based on speed: low-end, mid-end, and high-end, covering processes from bagging and filling to conveying, greatly improving packaging production efficiency and reducing labor costs.

Primarily deployed at the end of production lines or within warehouses, this system handles a wide variety of materials—including those packaged in bags, boxes, bottles, and drums. It automatically and neatly stacks materials onto pallets according to a preset arrangement, executing the palletizing process with high efficiency and precision, thereby facilitating the subsequent transfer and storage of full pallet loads via forklift.
