High-Temperature Thermoforming Bottom Film: Primarily manufactured using raw materials such as PA, PP, PE, TIE, and EVOH. It is capable of withstanding sterilization temperatures of up to 130°C for one hour and low-temperature refrigeration down to -40°C. Basic Structure of High-Temperature Film: PA/TIE/PP/TIE/PA/TIE/PP Lidding Film: PA 1.5 / CPP 7 Thermoforming Parameters: Film thickness 0.12 mm allows for a draw depth of ≤ 30 mm; 0.16 mm allows for ≤ 50 mm; 0.2 mm allows for ≤ 80 mm; and 0.24 mm allows for ≤ 100 mm.
A thermoforming packaging machine primarily achieves the automatic and efficient packaging of products using roll-fed film. It utilizes a dual-layer soft film system, employing a composite film for the top layer and a stretch film for the bottom layer. During operation, a film-gripping chain advances the bottom film into a forming die, where it is stretched and shaped. The product is then placed into the formed cavity within the forming zone. Subsequently, the assembly moves to the sealing die, where the top film is applied. The machine then performs vacuuming (with nitrogen flushing added for certain products), sealing, and venting, before automatically executing transverse and longitudinal cuts to separate each individual product.
Generally, it is OK not to use a chiller. The water inlet can be directly connected to tap water, and the outlet can be connected to the sewer for discharge.
High-temperature stretch lower film: mainly made of PA, PP, PE, TIE, EVOH and other raw materials, the sterilization temperature can withstand 130°, one hour.
