Is it necessary to equip with a chiller?

Generally, it is OK not to use a chiller. The water inlet can be directly connected to tap water, and the outlet can be connected to the sewer for discharge.
What kind of film is needed for the stretch film machine?

High-temperature stretch lower film: mainly made of PA, PP, PE, TIE, EVOH and other raw materials, the sterilization temperature can withstand 130°, one hour.
