Q What film materials are suitable for thermoforming packaging machines?
AHigh-Temperature Thermoforming Bottom Film: Primarily manufactured using raw materials such as PA, PP, PE, TIE, and EVOH. It is capable of withstanding sterilization temperatures of up to 130°C for one hour and low-temperature refrigeration down to -40°C. Basic Structure of High-Temperature Film: PA/TIE/PP/TIE/PA/TIE/PP Lidding Film: PA 1.5 / CPP 7 Thermoforming Parameters: Film thickness 0.12 mm allows for a draw depth of ≤ 30 mm; 0.16 mm allows for ≤ 50 mm; 0.2 mm allows for ≤ 80 mm; and 0.24 mm allows for ≤ 100 mm.
Q Can one thermoforming packaging machine handle different package depths?
