  • What is the common reason why strapping cannot be heated?

    The temperature of the ironing head is too high or too low, and the position of the ironing head is too high or too low, which will cause the strapping to fail to be ironed. (Plastics of different qualities have different reasonable temperatures, and the entire temperature is in the range of 200-370°C)

  • Is the machine stable? Will the bundle become looser and looser?

    The machine is stable and reliable, and it will not become looser as the bundle becomes more bundled.

  • Can it be used with other equipment to form a production line?

    Yes, we usually use this equipment when making plans, which can lower the overall selling price and increase competitiveness.

  • What is the difference between a fully automatic strapping machine and an unmanned strapping machine?

    A1: Fully automatic strapping machine: It is suitable for fast strapping of various ordinary packages (except ring-shaped). It can be strapped by a single machine or connected with the FXJ-5050L carton sealing machine to form an automatic sealing and strapping line and installed in the packaging line;
    A2:Unmanned strapping machine: The work surface is equipped with rollers, making the strapping operation more labor-saving. It is suitable for bundling assembly lines that bundle packages of different sizes and irregular shapes. It can be used with a power conveyor to achieve completely unmanned bundling operations;

  • Can the carton machine be customized to increase its load-bearing capacity? What is the maximum weight capacity in kilograms that can be customized?
