After the power is turned on, adjust the temperature controller to the desired temperature. The conveyor belt will then feed the sealing portion of the plastic bag between the running upper and lower sealing belts, transporting it to the heating zone. The plastic film softens under heat and is then pressed together by the pressure rollers. Next, the sealed portion of the plastic bag is fed into the cooling zone under the clamping of the sealing belt to cool and set. It is then pressed by embossing rollers to create stripes or a mesh pattern on the sealed portion of the plastic bag, and the desired colored label is printed on it.
