  • Why is the shrinking effect poor on my 2-in-1 shrink wrapping machine?

    Please verify the following:

    1. The air outlets at the bottom should be positioned as low as possible. Ensure that the degree of shrinkage (or the extent of the air-affected area) does not exceed that of the upper section, as this could compromise the overall aesthetic.

    2. The upper air outlets must be positioned above the material to prevent heat damage, facilitate effective air circulation, and ensure a uniform temperature throughout the furnace. If the outlets are too high, consider adding an additional row of openings below the existing ones.

    3. At the furnace exit, ensure that the aluminum silicate fiber blanket makes contact with the conveyor belt. Avoid leaving large gaps to minimize heat loss from within the furnace.

    4. Once the material enters the furnace, it should be centered, with equal spacing from both side walls. If the shrinkage effect is less satisfactory on one side compared to the other, try moving the material slightly closer to the side where the shrinkage is insufficient.

  • What should I check if the tape wrinkles or breaks during carton sealing?

    Check the following items:

    1. The main spring force is too high or too low.

    2. The strap roller is too tight or jammed.

    3. The anti-reverse brass bushing is jammed or lacks smooth movement.

    4. The strap-clamping plate is deformed, or the spring force is so high that it causes breakage.

  • What should I check if the vacuum pump on my dual-chamber vacuum machine is leaking oil?

Follow these steps to perform an inspection:

    1. Check if the oil level is too high; it should be at the 3/4 mark.

    2. If the machine has been in use for a long time, replace the filter first.

    3. If the above points are in order, check whether the oil return bolt is clogged; if it is, remove it and clean it.

    4. If the above issues are ruled out, check the sealing rings for wear.

    5. If none of the above are the cause, there may be a crack in the pump body.

  • Why is my dual-chamber vacuum sealer not pulling enough vacuum?

Please perform the inspection according to the following requirements:

    1. The oil level should reach the 3/4 mark, which can be observed through the oil sight glass.

    2. Check for cloudy oil, impurities, or the presence of water.

    3. Check for wear on the vacuum pump.

  • What should I do if the vacuum lid of my single-chamber vacuum packaging machine will not open properly?

    1. Issue with slow opening of the vacuum lid: a) The gas spring has lost tension; replace the gas spring. b) In low-temperature conditions, if the unit has been powered off, cycle the vacuum lid open and closed a few times before resuming operation.

    2. Vacuum lid fails to open: a) The operating cycle has finished, but the air pressure inside and outside the vacuum chamber has not yet equalized; check the air-release solenoid valve. b) The gas spring is damaged; replace the gas spring.

  • What should I do if the temperature controller on the sealing machine stops lighting up?

    1) Check whether the switch for the heating element is turned on.

    2) See if the indicator light on the switch illuminates; if it does not, the switch may be faulty, or a wire might have come loose.

  • Why did my band sealer stop sealing properly after working fine before?

Check whether the actual temperature of the heating block matches the temperature set on the controller; also, check for any temperature difference between the top and bottom of the heating block—if one side is cooler, the corresponding heating element is faulty.

  • Why is my band sealer not sealing firmly?

    1) Reduce the heat-sealing speed and check if the sealing quality improves.

    2) Verify the temperature controller: Compare the set temperature with the actual displayed temperature.

If the temperatures match: The heating system is functioning correctly. If no seal forms at all, increase the temperature by ≥10°C; if the seal is weak, increase it by 5°C and test again.

If the temperatures do not match: If the temperature fails to reach 150°C after more than 10 minutes of heating, the heating system is malfunctioning.

    3) Diagnose heating issues: If the "run" indicator light is off, the temperature controller is faulty and needs replacement. If the "run" light is on but no heating occurs, there is an issue with the heating element or the wiring—please contact after-sales support.

    4) If a seal forms but is not secure: Increase the pressure on the embossing roller.
