  • Q Why is my strapping machine not heating or sealing properly?

    A The temperature of the ironing head is too high or too low, and the position of the ironing head is too high or too low, which will cause the strapping to fail to be ironed. (Plastics of different qualities have different reasonable temperatures, and the entire temperature is in the range of 200-370°C)

  • Q Will the strapping become loose after bundling?

    A Our strapping machine is stable and reliable. The final packaging results depend on correct adjustment, the quality of the packaging tape, the tension setting, the shape and weight of the package.

  • Q Can Hualian machines be connected with other equipment to form a packaging line?

    A Yes, Hualian packaging machine can seamlessly integrate with production lines. The front and back ends can be connected to labeling, coding, sealing, bundling, and palletizing equipment.

  • Q What is the difference between a fully automatic strapping machine and an unmanned strapping machine?

    A
    A1: Fully automatic strapping machine: It is suitable for fast strapping of various ordinary packages (except ring-shaped). It can be strapped by a single machine or connected with the FXJ-5050L carton sealing machine to form an automatic sealing and strapping line and installed in the packaging line;
    A2:Unmanned strapping machine: The work surface is equipped with rollers, making the strapping operation more labor-saving. It is suitable for bundling assembly lines that bundle packages of different sizes and irregular shapes. It can be used with a power conveyor to achieve completely unmanned bundling operations;

  • Q Can carton sealing or conveying equipment be customized for heavier packages?

    A Yes, we can customize our equipment according to your needs. The load capacity of the sealing machine and conveyor belt can be customized according to the actual weight of your products.

  • Q Can Hualian provide conveyors for packaging lines?

    A Yes, that’s possible. Hualian can configure the appropriate conveyor belts based on the layout of the existing production line, equipment height, and speed requirements.

  • Q Can the machine clean dust from the bag mouth before sealing?

    A Yes, our bag mouth dust removal function is to achieve this function.

  • Q What bag materials can Hualian machines handle?

    Sealing Machine Equipment: PE, PP, CPP, PET/PE, PA/PE, BOPP bags, etc.
    Heavy-duty bag sealing machines are suitable for the following packaging materials: Kraft paper bags, paper-plastic composite bags, plastic film bags, aluminum foil bags, and woven bags.
    Films: PE, PP, PET, PA/PE, POF, PVC, EVOH
    Suitable packaging materials for the vacuum sealer and bag sealer series include: Vacuum Bags, PE Bags,
    Suitable tray materials for the box-sealing machine series: PP, PET, CPET, Aluminum, Paper-based Trays
    Carton Sealing and Strapping Series: Suitable for corrugated cartons and paperboard boxes

  • Q What materials are used for Hualian packaging machines?

    A

    The materials used vary by model. Currently, options include powder-coated carbon steel and 304 stainless steel, among others. Depending on the specific product requirements, the material’s waterproof and dustproof ratings, food-contact suitability, and hygiene standards are adjusted accordingly, with customization based on actual needs.

  • Q Can explosion-proof motors be customized for powder or dusty products?

    A

    Yes, explosion-proof motors can be purchased by our company or provided by customers. The motor model and function must be discussed with R&D personnel.<o:p>
