Process Flow

Here's a detailed process flow of Model XFK-2 carton sealing & strapping line.

Flap Folding:

The process begins with an open carton. The equipment first folds the top and bottom flaps of the carton. This step ensures that the carton is properly closed and prepares it for sealing.

Sealing:

Once the flaps are folded, the equipment proceeds to seal the carton. This is typically done using an automatic flap carton sealer, which applies tape to secure the flaps in place.

First Strapping:

After the carton is sealed, it moves to the strapping stage. The equipment applies the first strap around the carton. This strap is usually made of plastic strapping belt and is designed to provide an initial layer of reinforcement.

Second Strapping:

To further enhance the security and stability of the packaged product, a second strap is applied. This additional strap reinforces the packaging, ensuring that the carton remains intact and protected during transportation and storage.
