Working Principle

This machine utilizes upper and lower soft-film packaging materials. The upper film is a composite material, while the lower film is a stretch film. When working, the lower film is driven into the forming mold by the film clamping chain, and the stretch bottom film is stretched into shape, and then the product is placed in the forming area, and then it runs to the sealing mold, covers the upper film, and then vacuumizes (some products need to be filled with nitrogen on the basis of vacuumization), seals, exhausts, and can automatically perform cross-cutting and longitudinal cutting, and each product is independently divided into a machine.
