1.  Description of Thermoforming Packaging Machine

Our thermoforming Map packaging machine achieves a maximum speed of 12 cycles per minute, effectively reducing packaging costs while simultaneously boosting production efficiency. Featuring full-line automation capabilities, it offers a comprehensive packaging line solution that is particularly well-suited for large-scale food processing facilities. 

This high-performance automated food packaging system balances operational flexibility with hygienic design, finding widespread application across industries such as meat, poultry, cheese, produce, baked goods, biscuits, confectionery, ready meals, seafood, and pharmaceuticals. 

This food thermoforming packaging machine features a food-grade stainless steel construction for easy cleaning; an intuitive PLC touchscreen control system; and a quick-change mold design that allows customers to easily adapt packaging configurations to specific product specifications. Furthermore, it supports the integration of expandable automation modules to create a fully automated packaging workflow.

The unit is equipped with SUS304 protective guards—including covers for the forming chamber, transverse cutter, and rotary cutter—which provide physical isolation and serve a protective function. Additionally, the system triggers an alarm immediately if a guard is opened, thereby alerting non-specialized personnel to potential operational errors.
